Stated income loans are easy to get as it does not require you to submit a pay slip or W-2 form as a requirement for securing a loan. It is a loan that relies on trust. The lender trusts the borrowers by releasing the loan after stating their estimated and not fixed income. This loan is simple and easy as there is no complicated paperwork involved during the loan processing.
